Beans and legumes are an alternate protein source that are ultra-nutritious, packed with fiber, protein, minerals and potassium.

Plus beans and legumes have a great culinary versatility and are a main staple in vegetarian cuisine.

Bommarito will start by showing how to prepare dry beans from scratch, including the proper soaking method and the process of cooking “al dente” so that the beans maintains their shape and integrity.
